Located in Southern NH, Jessica Guillemette has been licensed and practicing massage therapy in the state of NH since 2016.
She believes that every client has their own individual needs. Where some people might benefit from deep tissue massage, others may greatly benefit from relaxation massage.
Ultimately Jessica’s highest goal is to help restore a sense of balance within the body mind and spirit.
When you step into your session with her she will go over what your main concerns are through out the body. She encourages people to be honest, because her treatment room is judgement free.
Throughout your session the areas that you requested will be focused on. You will be tucked up underneath a clean sheet, and blanket. You can expect a hot towel on your feet, and your back to help enhance relaxation.

Heat, hydration, stretching are common at home remedies to help any next day aches and pains resulting from soreness.
Swedish Massage
Please take your time getting up, and if you feel massagicated, drink some water, and allow yourself to wake up.
Myofascial Release
It is this fascinating structure that is made up of substances such elastin, fibrin, ground substances, and fibrinogen that holds everything within our body in place. Because of the substances that it is made up of fascia will tighten when the body is worked, however there is a catch 22; Fascia is very slow to loosen by itself.
Myofascial release is the process of going in to the fascial layer. It is not painful. Some people say it has a very distinct sensation like "an indian sunburn," while others say it is relaxing.
Many people feel an improvement in their range of motion immediately.
Heat will help following after this session to keep the fascia unrestricted.

The intention is to be supportive as the recipient releases anything that is no longer serving them and fully embodies their authentic self.
This is an incredibly beautiful practice, and I have never had one session the same.
Before the session begins you will have the option to choose an intention card, we will go over any questions or concerns that you may have, and go further into the concepts of Ho'oponopono.
